• It is necessary that she include fresh fruits and vegetables like onion, garlic, lemon, broccoli, and cabbage in her daily diet. She can also take yogurts, rice cakes, and vegetable pastas.
• Avoid sugar and sweeteners of any kind. Also, get rid of any kinds of carbonated drinks and alcohol.
• She must have regular exercise. It increases oxygen intake and reduces body stress for overcoming yeast-induced fatigue.
